All VINdustry wine walls ship via FedEx Ground Service from our U.S. warehouse. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Warranty

VINdustry products are backed by Blue Grouse Wine Cellars’ Lifetime Warranty, ensuring lasting performance and peace of mind.

All VINdustry pegs and panel kits are guaranteed against corrosion and deterioration under normal use. Proper installation is required for warranty coverage. Damages due to incorrect mounting or use of unsuitable substrate materials are not covered.

For warranty claims, please include detailed photos and descriptions of affected parts. Replacement components will be processed promptly with standard ground shipping included.

This warranty covers repair or replacement of defective components only and excludes property or content damage.
