  • No Liability for Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to these Terms.
  • Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Entire Agreement

These Billing Terms and Conditions, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding billing and supersede all prior agreements.
